The three case studies show one focus. I don't approach transformation as a strategy exercise that ends with a report. I focus on turning the strategy into something the organization can actually execute.
The LED recovery called for a plan that could work and immediate execution. In the ERP work, the first step was understanding how the business actually worked, before the platform was chosen. The managed services unit needed operational structure and people built for growth.
Beyond these cases, I have worked across technology, manufacturing, professional services, education, healthcare and entrepreneurial businesses. I move between the boardroom and the operational details.
How I work with founder-led companies today is set out under services. My background is on the about page, and you can start a conversation if one of these cases looks familiar.
